Budget Strategies Leadership Team

To assist in the process, “The Budget Leadership Strategies Team” convened in December 2023 to assist in the facilitation of the budget review process and to ensure broad constituent participation in decisions being made regarding the budget and to explore expense reduction solutions. This representative leadership group is comprised of college leaders who have been collecting ideas from constituents and developing potential strategies to address the projected deficits. These recommendations will be shared with the College Council and the Executive Cabinet for review and feedback.
