- Creator and co-facilitator of The Odyssey Development Program
- Lead organizer of Student Support Expo
- Verifies and maintains eligibility requirements of the Associated Student Organization (ASO), Inter-Club Council (ICC), and student clubs
- Schedules room reservations on behalf of student organizations

- Verifies the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records (e.g. check request, cash request, contracts, blanket purchase orders)
- Submits requisitions on behalf of the ASO, ICC and student clubs
- Authenticates account balances for ASO, ICC and student club treasurers
- Works with institutional fiscal department to ensure accuracy of account balances that come through other departments
- Assists with front desk duties and provides student event support
