  • Verifies and maintains eligibility requirements of the Associated Student Organization (ASO), Inter-Club Council (ICC), and student clubs
  • Schedules room reservations on behalf of student organizations

  • Verifies the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records (e.g. check request, cash request, contracts, blanket purchase orders)
  • Submits requisitions on behalf of the ASO, ICC and student clubs
  • Authenticates account balances for ASO, ICC and student club treasurers
  • Works with institutional fiscal department to ensure accuracy of account balances that come through other departments
  • Assists with front desk duties and provides student event support
