We offer a variety of one-on-one support and group events to help K-12 students with the Steps for Dual Enrollment, as well as links to past presentations. Future events will be posted as they become available.

This presentation will provide an overview of Dual Enrollment for the Summer 2025 and Fall 2025 terms. The entire process — from applying for admission to the last day of class — will be covered.

The Dual Enrollment office hosts Zoom sessions to assist K-12 students to register for Summer 2025 and Fall 2025 classes on or after their Summer/Fall Registration Appointment.

More information will be posted here once registration dates for these terms are known.

To be able to register, K-12 students must have completed Steps 1-3 of the Steps for Dual Enrollment – including submitting a completed Dual Enrollment Form for each term they wish to register.

 

Online Help

Every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4:00-5:00 p.m.

No sign-up necessary! Participants are admitted one at a time.

Dual Enrollment staff are available on Zoom to answer any questions you may have about El Camino College and to support K-12 students to complete the Steps for Dual Enrollment. Ask us anything!

Due to FERPA, we cannot give parents any information about a student's account, but are happy to answer general questions about Dual Enrollment.

 

Spring 2025 Hours: Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 3:00-6:00 p.m.

Dual Enrollment Counselor Jennifer Hu is available for drop-in Express Counseling services via Zoom!

This is an opportunity for K-12 students to receive help to:

  • Choose which classes to take
  • Clear a prerequisite
  • Answer quick questions
  • Make a longer counseling appointment

NOTE: These services are for current or prospective K-12 Dual Enrollment students only. K-12 students must be present to receive Express Counseling services.

K-12 students are admitted one at a time. Limited to 10-15 minutes.

Tuesday 3-6 p.m.      Wednesday 3-6 p.m.

(Outside of these days/times, K-12 students can meet with an Express Counselor virtually or on-campus through El Camino's Academic Counseling office.)

 

El Camino's Admissions & Records team can answer students' questions about applying for admission, registering for classes, residency, forms, and transcripts.

  • Tuesday 12:00 noon-2:00 p.m. and 4:00-6:00 p.m.

El Camino's Welcome Center can answer students' questions about their El Camino student account, signing into MyECC, completing the placement survey, and registering for classes.

On-Campus Help

El Camino's Student Services Building is located on the north side of campus on Manhattan Beach Blvd. Campus Map

Building Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Before coming to campus, we recommend checking the webpages below for any updates to hours or services.

The following offices and in-person services are available to all students, including K-12 students!

  • Warrior Welcome Center (First floor)
    Help to apply for admission, sign into MyECC, and register for classes (NOTE: K-12 students must complete Steps 1-3 of the Steps for Dual Enrollment before they can register for classes)
  • Admissions & Records Office (First floor)
    Submit your completed Dual Enrollment Form in-person, troubleshoot any error messages or holds, questions about transcripts or fees
  • Academic Counseling (Second floor)
    Meet with an Express Counselor to clear a prerequisite (must show transcripts, AP Exam scores, etc.) or help choose classes to meet your educational goals
