Faculty & Staff Resources

Develop your knowledge and understanding of the needs of LGBTQIA+ students with these resources and guides.

Faculty and staff play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and equitable campus for students. For individuals who work with students, the following resources can be used to develop your knowledge and understanding of the needs of LGBTQIA+ students.

All faculty and staff are encouraged to join El Camino College's professional network of LGBTQIA+ allies on campus by completing our Safe Zone Project Training.
