Title IX, Diversity, and Inclusion

The Office of Title IX, Diversity, and Inclusion is available to answer questions and provide assistance via appointment, phone, email, and Zoom. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In-person appointments are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  Please reach out via phone or e-mail to schedule an appointment.

For general issues or if your complaint doesn't fall in any of the categories below, use  the El Camino College Incident Report & Referral Form.

• Employee Complaint: Employees of the College (full-time or part-time) who wish to report acts in the workplace involving unfair, dishonest, untrustworthy, immoral, or preferential treatment. Submit a report using the El Camino College Employee Complaint/Incident Report Form.
• Student Conduct/Discipline: Students, faculty, staff, or other individuals who wish to report student behaviors that violate the El Camino College Standards of Student Conduct (See Board Policy 5500 and Administrative Procedure 5520). Use the El Camino College Incident Report & Referral Form.
• Warrior Safety Network (WSN) Team Referral: Students, faculty, staff, or other individuals who wish to report student behaviors that are of concern such as the use of threatening language or gestures, physical aggression, destruction of property, or signs of serious emotional instability. Submit a referral using the El Camino College Incident Report & Referral Form.
• Student Complaint: Students who wish to report a complaint about an employee, a college decision, or an action (in the classroom or outside the classroom) that violates and/or adversely affects a student’s status, rights, or privileges (See Administrative Procedure 5530). Follow the Student Grievance Steps found on the College Complaint Process webpage.
• Sexual or Gender-Based Misconduct Complaint (Title IX): Students, faculty, staff, or other individuals who wish to report acts of sexual assault or physical abuse, including, but not limited to, rape, domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, sexual exploitation, or stalking. Use the El Camino College Sexual & Gender-Based Misconduct Incident Report Form to file complaint.
• Unlawful Discrimination Complaint (Title V): Students, faculty, staff, or other individuals who wish to report acts of unlawful discrimination or harassment, including, but not limited to, unfair or disparate treatment based on a protected class (i.e., race, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, religion, disability, age (over 40), pregnancy status, etc.). Use the El Camino College Unlawful Discrimination Incident Report Form to file a complaint.
