Counseling & Accommodations

Counselors and specialists are available daily by drop-in and appointments to assist students with academic-related needs and to identify reasonable academic accommodations. 

Available Services

The Special Resource Center (SRC) professional staff are able to assist and/or make referrals regarding the implementation of accommodations on a semester-by-semester basis. Participation in the SRC is voluntary.  Students who choose to register with the SRC (and qualify for services) work with the staff to determine appropriate and reasonable accommodations.

Vocational counseling and job skill development is provided in a variety of ways.  Some is via direct counseling, through career courses, on-job training, or in concert with other offices or community resources.

 

Once registered with the SRC, students are eligible to make an unlimited number of appointments with our clinical psychologist.
