ECC Connect Grade Check EOPS is using ECC Connect to help faculty, staff, and students build success together. The purpose of grade checks is to support the EOPS mid-term check in. EOPS Mutual Responsibility Contract (MRC) The MRC is an agreement between the student and ECC EOPS that details the program requirements and the services provided for every student who participates in EOPS. Must be renewed on an annual basis for program participation.	View Document
EOPS/SRC Inter-Program Referral Form New incoming EOPS students who receive services from the SRC must submit this form noting the recommended number of units; the form must be signed by an SRC representative.	View Document
