The annual READ Poster was recently unveiled, highlighting members of the Library & Learning Resources Division with their favorite books. The celebration also featured a student poetry reading, where original work was shared. Since 2005, the El Camino College Schauerman Library has celebrated reading in the month of April by creating posters celebrating the importance of reading and libraries. The event was part of the Library's annual celebration of National Library Week/Month and National Poetry Month, sponsored by the Poetry Committee (faculty of Fine Arts, Humanities, and the Library).
