All faculty, staff and managers are invited to attend a day of equity, diversity and inclusion workshops on May 8. Thomas Brown & Associates (TBA) will present three workshops throughout the day. TBA is a nationally recognized consulting and training group that assists educational organizations to respond effectively to increasing diversity and to the needs of a diverse workforce by introducing inclusive strategies that eliminate barriers campuswide.

Workshops include:
• 8-10 a.m. (Distance Education Center) - 2 Flex Hours:
Immunity to Change: A Framework for Achieving Challenging Professional, Programmatic, and/or Institutional Goals
• 10-noon (Humanities 210) - 2 Flex Hours:
Listening & Communicating Within a Diverse Community
• 2-4 p.m. (Distance Education Center) - 2 Flex Hours:
Reframing At-Risk to High Potential: Responding to the Needs of Today's Diverse Students
