The TEACH El Camino Teacher Education Program was created in response to California’s projected need for teachers over the next decade. Through partnerships with local universities, transfer pathways for Liberal Studies and Child Development were developed to guide students on the path to pursuing education related careers.

We serve future teachers at all levels from preschool through college/university and also serve students interested in the following careers:

  • Speech/language pathology
  • School administration
  • School counseling
  • School psychology
  • School social work
  • School librarians
  • School nurses
  • Child welfare and attendance officers
  • Career/technical educators

The challenge to inspire and to educate the next generation awaits each of you.  All of us in the TEACH Program look forward to assisting you in any way we can, and we wish you every success in the future.
