The Student Equity & Achievement (SEA) Center is your one-stop shop for your everyday educational needs. We are here to answer any questions you may have, connect you with our counselors, advisors and provide peer support services.
The Student Equity & Achievement (SEA) Center Peer Mentors are former students or current ECC students. Peer mentors guide students toward academic and personal success by identifying and explaining existing campus and community resources.
Students can meet with a Peer Mentor on a one-on-one basis to discuss important issues or challenges. Working with a peer mentor is a great way to succeed in college. Peer mentors have your back. Students are welcome to sign up for online support. Online support is available, days and times vary by PASS Mentor. Appointments should be made 24 hours in advance. Appointments can be made using the Online Form. In some cases, PASS Mentors will contact the student with a code required to join the support session.
We use several web-based platforms for tutoring sessions, including Zoom, Skype, Google Hangouts, and GoBoard. Your PASS peer mentor will let you know which option you’ll work in.
