Our mission is to offer quality comprehensive career counseling and services to all students. The Career Center faculty and staff aim to encourage and inspire students to achieve career and life goals by exploring their values, interests, personality traits, aptitudes and skills. Students have the opportunity to learn about career opportunities and current economic trends to be better informed before making a career choice.
The Student Success Program is committed to being an active participant in the student's educational experience so he or she receives the support and attention necessary to be successful academically. With other academic and student support services, the Student Success Program offers a variety of services and activities to support student success, such as workshops, academic counseling, a computer lab and referrals to on- or off-campus resources.
The Transfer Center provides services and activities to help you through the process of transferring to a university. Understanding university admission requirements can sometimes seem complicated and overwhelming, but we can help you prepare and work toward becoming an eligible applicant to the university.
We can help you look at all of your university options, make a good decision on where to transfer, and plan a road map to the university of your choice. It can be a smooth and easy process if you have all the information you need.
By utilizing Transfer Center services and attending our activities, you will become aware of potential transfer institutions, gain knowledge of transfer admission requirements, and increase your motivation and intent to transfer.
