Our LGBTQ+ faculty and their allies continually work to make our classrooms safe spaces where LGBTQ+ students are heard and respected.   We help students explore and learn about the LGBTQ+ experience through courses like LGBTQ+ Psychology and Sociology of Sexualities.  Also, we are creating an LGBTQ+ degree that will include a new LGBTQ+ Studies course and a new LGBTQ+ History course.  We invite LGBTQ+ students to come learn and grow with us!

Major Brenda Threatt

Pride is entrenched in the uniform worn by every military person who has worn a uniform, and it is in this feeling of pride that unites us. Pride is confidence. Pride is honor. Pride is integrity. Pride is the joy that our communities, our country, our world is better, more united and the best of what we are to be in humanity!

The Veterans Resource Center applauds you all for the rainbow of your spirits that includes the right of everyone to be who they are!
