If you’re enrolled in Extended Opportunity Programs & Services (EOPS) be sure to take advantage of the many services we provide to help you reach your academic and career goals.
Book a Counseling or Advising Appointment
The EOPS window located in the Student Services Building is currently open from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday-Thursday and 9:00 am - 1:00 pm Friday.
If you need to book an appointment with an EOPS counselor or advisor, speak with one of our front desk agents by calling: 310-660-3464 or simply complete our Appointment Request Form and someone will contact you.
EOPS Services
Our EOPS Student Success Coaches are ready to support you with MyECC navigation, CANVAS navigation, class registration, and much more. To connect with our student success coaches you can visit the EOPS Computer Lab in the Student Services Building, room 224.
Our Academic Coaches can help you identify your learning style and develop study skills in the areas of writing, math, and much more. Click on Book an Appointment next to the academic coach's name to schedule an appointment and receive support!
- Book vouchers are available for purchasing required textbooks from the El Camino College Bookstore.
- EOPS Book Vouchers are awarded to new EOPS students who have been deemed eligible, attended a program orientation, and met with an EOPS counselor to complete their intake appointment.
- Students must have a financial need before the book voucher is awarded.
- EOPS Grants are awarded to continuing EOPS students in good standing meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) standards.

The EOPS Computer Lab is a professional workspace that offers EOPS students 16 computer workstations and a print station. All EOPS students are welcome to use any available workstation to study, or print 15 free pages per day. The EOPS Computer Lab is located in the Student Services Building, room 224, and is open Monday-Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm and 9:00 am - 1:00 pm Friday.
The EOPS program provides assistance with complete the FAFSA or CA Dream Act application each year. To view upcoming FAFSA/DREAM Act Renewal workshops please our EOPS Workshops.

Every EOPS student in good standing is able to register in the first tier of registration. Please see an EOPS Counselor to update your comprehensive educational plan.
EOPS students who fall under academic probation should meet with an EOPS counselor or advisor to receive information on academic support services to help them regain good academic standing.
