Yes, the paycheck stub will clearly differentiate between regular pay and any other types of pay.

Yes, both vacation and sick leave balances will be listed. Extended sick leave (ESL) will not appear, but you can view your ESL balance on the monthly “Absence Record Tally Sheet” report from payroll.

Yes, your tax withholding settings will remain unchanged. If you already have additional funds withheld, there is no need to fill out a new form.

Yes, your direct deposit will remain active and unchanged.

No, reimbursements will remain separate from your payroll check and will not be rolled into it.

No, your payroll issue date will remain the same.

Yes, payroll IDs in the new system (HCM) will be 10-digit numeric and will replace the current alphanumeric HRS ID. Note that HCM IDs will not be used for flex reporting; you will continue to use your Colleague ID.

Payroll will be split into two periods: the 1st-15th and the 16th-28th/31st. Deductions will now be split evenly between these two pay periods, rather than being taken from the 10th check.

Example

  • Medical: $300
  • 1st Deduction on the 10th: $150
  • 2nd Deduction on the 25th: $150

Yes, sick and vacation time will now be tracked by hours moving forward.
