• All students are responsible for following the Bookstore Refund Policy, available at the Bookstore.
• Students are responsible for purchasing the correct textbooks for their class.
• It is highly recommended that students check with their instructors that they have purchased the correct books before removing any shrink-wrap or marking the books.
• Merchandise must be in new condition, in sealed package, clean and free of all markings and bearing all original tags.
• A 10% restocking fee may be assessed on all refunds.

 

Textbooks are returnable for a full refund with a receipt by the deadline specified by the Bookstore for whatever reason as long as the textbooks are returned in the same condition as purchased.

Supply, clothing and gift items can be returned for a full refund with a receipt as long as the item have not been used and is in resaleable condition.

 

The bookstore conducts DAILY Book Buyback. The BEST time to sell books is during FINALS at the end of each semester. The Bookstore pays up to 50% of the original purchase price of the book if:

A) The book has been requested for an upcoming semester
B) The Bookstore needs additional stock.
C) There is absolutely no moisture damage on the book.
D) The only marking on the book are from a highlighter.
E) No pages have been removed.
F) There are no new editions pending.

 

1. Required ID
   Valid Driver's License or State I.D. (no temporary), or Military I.D.
2. Acceptable checks
   Must be your personal check - Imprinted with your name and full address(No Post Office box numbers)Travelers Checks must use at least half of total check.
3. Non Acceptable Checks
   Pre or post dated - Two party- Temporary - Payroll - Altered -Non-imprinted - Parental.
4. Special Notes
   For amount of purchase only $5.00 minimum purchase; $25.00 service charge will be assessed on all returned checks. Any student purchasing a used book understands that the life of a used book is limited and that the Bookstore may determine that a book purchased at the beginning of the semester in used condition may not be in condition to be resold by the end of that semester. Students who buy and sell back used books realize the best value for their money.

1. Required ID: Your valid state Driver's License or state ID (no temporary).
2. Acceptable charge cards: Must be your personal charge card. Must bear your signature.
3. Non-acceptable charge cards: Parental.
