To protect your personal information, have your ECC Student ID or any government-issued photo ID ready when working with the Financial Aid Office. Without a photo ID, we can only answer general financial aid questions.

We recommend that you use a laptop or computer for Zoom. This will allow you to easily use the share screen feature and review documents with Financial Aid staff online. Please call from a quiet and distraction free environment. Zoom calls while operating a vehicle are prohibited. Remember to wear proper clothing when on camera. Lewd, indecent, or obscene conduct or expression is prohibited under the student code of conduct Administrative Procedure 5500.

Financial Aid cannot provide specific information regarding your finances over the phone since we need to verify your identity to protect your personal information.
