Students interested in Paralegal Studies are required to complete 18 units of general education course-work approved by the American Bar Association. Students transferring Associate’s or Bachelor’s degrees from other institutions must meet these requirements as well. Students transferring Bachelor’s degrees from foreign institutions must request an evaluation for equivalency. Please consult with a Counselor for more information.
Students must take courses in at least three different disciplines, such as social sciences, natural sciences, mathematics, humanities, foreign language and English. Any course below used for the 18 units of general education can also apply to the A.A. Degree requirements. Approved GE Class pdf.
