South Bay Promise Offers Priority Admission, Registration
Area high school seniors are encouraged to apply for the fall 2021 South Bay Promise by April 30 to be eligible for priority admission and registration. The South Bay Promise offers an affordable pathway directly from high school to college. Through the South Bay Promise, first-time, full-time college students will have their first- and second-year fees waived, along with access to additional services and counseling. Prospective students and their families can explore the many benefits of the South Bay Promise and learn more about the steps for eligibility online. Students can still apply through June 30; all eligibility steps must be complete by July 20, 2021.

El Camino Day
Prospective students are invited to attend "El Camino Day" on May 1. This is a great opportunity to complete the Path to Enroll (Orientation, Placement Survey, and Educational Plan) in one day! The session begins with assistance with the placement survey, followed by an interactive New Student Orientation presentation. Students then join an educational planning session, where they will learn vital information about setting academic goals. Personalized, one-on-one meetings with a counselor are also part of this interactive and informative session. Registration is required for this free event via Zoom.
