The El Camino College Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC) recently presented the Annual Report for 2015-16 to the El Camino Board of Trustees. The report details bond revenue expenditures relating to both the 2002 and 2012 Measure E facilities projects during the 2015-16 fiscal year. The committee comprises a cross section of citizens who volunteer their time to represent various constituencies, and actively "review and report" on the expenditure of bond funds. During the 14th year of El Camino College's Facilities Master Plan work, the college completed several new substantial projects, continued the design phase of many more, and continued construction on others.
