"College Night" Welcomes Hundreds of Visitors to Campus
Hundreds of prospective students and their families visited El Camino College on Nov. 16 for "College Night." The inaugural open house event showcased the numerous academic opportunities, support services and educational resources available to students. Part of the college’s Enrollment Management Plan, the event featured workshops, a resource fair, and twilight campus tours. Participants learned about financial aid, scholarships, and athletics, among other topics of interest to new students. A Q&A presented by a student panel was also well-received, with El Camino College students sharing their personal perspectives on college life.
