Economics

Our Economics program provides students with foundational knowledge in macroeconomics and microeconomics, including basic economic models for understanding how the national economy functions, the laws of supply and demand, and international trade theory. Students apply economic methodologies to assess fiscal and monetary policies, price levels, and the allocation of goods and resources in competitive markets compared to monopolistic markets. Students will be well prepared to transfer to a 4-year university to continue their education and pursue careers in finance, economics, education, banking, risk analysis, and more.
