It was so wonderful to connect again at our annual Professional Development Day. Gathering again with our colleagues helped start the academic year with new energy, along with open houses to see what’s new in many of our Career Education spaces, and a self-care fair to energize us for the year ahead.
This year we will continue to focus on our Comprehensive Integrated Plan (CIP). We are excited to continue our work for the CIP and initiate the final review of the 10-year CIP, which will guide planning, decision making, and resource allocation at El Camino. We will also add programs that build on our work to ensure our campus remains a safe, caring, and welcoming environment.
