New Confirmed Cases of COVID-19 Reported on Campus

The individual tested positive on August 22nd, and was last on campus on August 20. This individual has been contacted to identify close contacts while on campus, and those contacts will be notified as soon as possible. The areas where the affected individual visited, Suites 260 and 270 and the women’s restrooms in the Administration Building have been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected as required. As always, all El Camino College students and employees are asked to follow the directions given by public health and elected officials during this outbreak. This includes obeying the Health Officer’s most recent orders from Los Angeles County and the State of California.
