El Camino Financial Aid Resource Fair to Help Provide “Cash for College”

TORRANCE, CA—With the post-pandemic cost of living in Los Angeles on the rise, the price of a quality, college education is actually still affordable. El Camino College invites all current and prospective students to register for this year’s Cash For College financial aid resource fair taking place on Saturday, October 15, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at the Student Services Building.

Sponsored by El Camino College’s Financial Aid Department, this free and public resource fair aims to connect students and their families with resource information about applying college financial aid, as well as workshops including:

One-on-one assistance with completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) application (English, Spanish & Vietnamese)
One-on-one assistance with completing the California Dream Act Application (CADAA) application (English & Spanish)
Parent Workshops
Campus Tours
Admissions Assistance
Various Student Support programs

Parking is free in Lot C, located on Manhattan Beach Blvd. and Crenshaw Blvd., and a free In-N-Out lunch will be provided to those who register prior to attending the event.
