Board Policies & Procedures, Bylaws and Foundation Information
The El Camino College Foundation strives to be fully transparent, placing high priority on these efforts. Transparency is necessary for building strong relationships with donors and grantees, and represents the values of clarity, openness, and honesty within the community.
Foundation policies are adopted by the Foundation's Board Governance committee and reviewed every three years, and amended, as needed.
