Did not receive your Welcome Email
Your Welcome Email is sent 1-3 business days after you submit an application for admission. It is sent to the email address you provided in CCCApply.
Welcome Emails contain:
- The earliest term you can start taking classes
- Your 7-digit El Camino College Student ID Number — remember this number for your records
- Your ECC Email Address (also your Username for MyECC)
- Info about your Initial Password for MyECC

If you did not receive your Welcome Email
- Follow these instructions to Confirm you Submitted an Application for Admission
- Search your emails for "Congratulations and welcome" or "admissionshelp" — it may be in your spam or junk folder
- Make sure your email has free space. Sometimes emails are undeliverable because the personal email address provided is full and can't accept new messages.
- If you still cannot find it, send an email with your full name, date of birth, and 8-digit Confirmation Number to admissionshelp@elcamino.edu
High School Partnership Students can email full name, date of birth, and 8-digit Confirmation Number to dualenrollment@elcamino.edu instead.
