Did not receive your Welcome Email

Your Welcome Email is sent 1-3 business days after you submit an application for admission. It is sent to the email address you provided in CCCApply.

Welcome Emails contain:

  • The earliest term you can start taking classes
  • Your 7-digit El Camino College Student ID Number — remember this number for your records
  • Your @elcamino.edu email address (also your Username for MyECC)
  • Your Initial Password for MyECC

If you did not receive your Welcome Email

  1. Follow these instructions to Confirm you Submitted an Application for Admission
  2. Search your emails for "Congratulations and welcome" or "admissionshelp" — it may be in your spam or junk folder
  3. If you still cannot find it, send an email with your full name, date of birth, and 8-digit Confirmation Number to admissionshelp@elcamino.edu
