Welcome to Computer Aided Design & Drafting! (CADD). This certificate and skills program is tailored to both learners new to the field and seasoned professionals seeking to update their skills. Upon fulfilling the degree or certificate requirements, students acquire expertise in mechanical drawings, 3D design, 3D modeling, structural simulation/analysis, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing. Integrated into our program is the use of 3D printing, virtual reality , and other future-forward manufacturing techniques, ensuring that students are exposed to state-of-the-art technology pivotal in today’s design fields.

Our Computer Aided Design/Drafting Associate in Science (AS) degree typically takes two years. You can also earn a certificate in just six months to a year and be ready for an entry-level job.

Degree

This degree prepares you to pursue a career in computer aided design/drafting or transfer to continue your education. This degree option gives you the flexibility to enter the industry at the entry-level and begin working right away or transfer to a four-year degree program at another school.
